Heritage Pointe

Heritage Pointe is a new 52 unit general family community located at 900 Wheeler Avenue in Douglas, Georgia. Construction was completed in the fall of 2018.

Architectural services were provided by Martin Riley Associates of Decatur, Georgia. General Construction services were provided by Fairway Construction Company.

Synergy’s role at Heritage Pointe was to provide EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.

Heritage Pointe is a short drive away from schools, shopping, restaurants, medical services, places of worship, and various other community services.

Each apartment unit offers the following:

Spacious layout that is comfortable and attractive
Energy efficient heat pumps and water heaters
Energy efficient washer and dryer
Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms
