Abbie Lane Park is a new 55+ community located at 1060 Leonard Bridge Road, in Chatsworth, Georgia.

This property was developed by The Braden Group of Summerville, Georgia.

Architectural services were provided by McKean & Associates of Montgomery, Alabama.

General Construction services were provided by Olympia Construction of Albertville, Alabama.

Synergy's role at Abbie Lane Park was to provide EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.

Pre-Drywall Inspections began on Abbie Lane Park in March, 2017. Construction was completed by the end of 2017. The final EarthCraft certification was awarded on January 3, 2018.
