Today, affordable housing is synonymous with high-quality, energy-efficient apartment and single family house communities that offer a wide range of amenities, including playgrounds, community gardens, walking paths, and community centers. These centers provide residents with access to a computer center, fitness center, community kitchen, and other recreational opportunities.
