View at Oglethorpe (Phase I)

With continued population growth in Savannah, Georgia, The View to Oglethorpe brings much needed family residential housing. This community is located on the site of the old Hitch Village at 280 Randolph Street in Savannah, Georgia. There are 72 residential units with a mix of 1-, 2-bedrooms.

This is the first of two phases developed in this growing area.

Construction began in the summer of 2016. The View at Oglethorpe (Phase 1) was awarded the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification in September, 2017.
