Broadview Cove

Broadview Cove is a 60 unit Senior Adult Apartment Community located at 93 Broadview Drive, in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Within a mile of the property, residents will find restaurants, shopping, medical services, places of worship, recreation opportunities, and other residential services. Besides that, Broadview Cove offers wonderful views of the North Georgia Mountains.

This property was constructed with sustainability, energy efficiency, and comfort in mind. This project started going vertical with construction in late 2014 and was completed in late fall of 2015.

Each unit provides the following amenities:

  • ENERGY STAR® appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher)
  • ENERGY STAR heat pump systems
  • ENERGY STAR lighting and ceiling fans
  • Carpeted bedrooms
  • Private balcony (or patio)
  • Pre-wired for cable and internet

The community amenities include:

  • Community rooms
  • Kitchen
  • Covered picnic area with grill and gazebo.
  • Exercise facility
  • Off-Street parking

Synergy’s only role at Broadview Cove was to provide EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services. We had no other role in this project.
