Highland Trace Apartments is a new construction general family apartment community located at 14 Adair Circle in Dahlonega, Georgia. This community offers 80 units with a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts.

Synergy’s role at Highland Trace was to provide EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.
