The Baldwin Lofts offer a bunch of great amenities to ensure comfortable and convenient living. You can enjoy stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), a full-size washer and dryer, secure entryways with two-way communications, a 30x50 central courtyard with outdoor seating, digital cable television, and wireless internet.

And guess what? These apartments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also long-lasting, comfortable, and energy-efficient. Bill York, an architect with Community Development Partners, Inc., designed them with all that in mind.

Finally, Synergy helped out with The Baldwin Lofts by providing final testing for participation in the Georgia Power Earthcents Program for multifamily properties. Even though they didn't participate in the earlier planning or consulting stages of the project, the inspection and test results indicate that these units should achieve energy savings of up to 30-35% compared to code construction.
