Bear Creek Village

Bear Creek Village is a gated apartment community designed to provide family residential services. This community is located at 413 E James St in Adel, Georgia. There are 56 residential units with a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms.

Bear Creek greatly fills a vital need in the Adel area for new and fresh affordable general family housing.

Construction began in the late summer of 2016. Winter weather created a few minor delays in completion, but Bear Creek was awarded the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification in August, 2017.
