Brentwood Place

Brentwood Place is an 80-unit general family apartment community located at 32 Brentwood Place in Forsyth, Georgia. The project commenced in September 2012 with the design review stage, and site preparation had already begun at that point. Despite experiencing over 80 days of rain delays, the project was completed in just over 12 months. The final results of the project have proven to be well worth the time spent on it.

The Brentwood Place apartments boast several energy-efficient features that contribute to their sustainability:

The HERS score for this project is 73, meaning that these apartments are approximately 27% more energy-efficient than units built to the minimum code standards.
The water heaters feature the highest energy efficiency available on the market att he time of construction.
High-efficiency heat pumps are used to regulate temperature.
High efficiency appliances.

In addition to these energy-saving features, the apartments also offer several amenities to ensure a comfortable living space:

Each unit comes equipped with a microwave, range, refrigerator, and ceiling fans.
The apartments feature carpeted floors and either a sunroom or porch.

The community at Brentwood Place is also designed to provide residents with an exceptional living experience:

The gated community offers a high level of security.
On-site management and maintenance ensure that residents' needs are met quickly and efficiently.
A pavilion and playground are available for outdoor recreation.
The community center provides residents with access to wifi, a fitness center, and gathering space.

Catamount Construction, the general contractor, and their subcontractors have done an excellent job creating a beautiful, comfortable, and affordable place to live.

As part of the 2011 EarthCraft Multifamily program, Brentwood Place was require to earn a minimum of 200 points. The project earned 243 EarthCraft points.
