Chandler Trace

Chandler Trace is a new 52 unit senior (55+) apartment community recently built in Hartwell, Georgia. It offers a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments to provide beautiful living space. This community will help meet the need for affordable senior housing in Hartwell and Hart County. Chandler Trace is located at 420 Chandler Street, in Hartwell, Georgia.

The property was developed by Chandler Trace Development, LLC of Cartersville, Georgia. Architectural services were provided by McKean & Associates of Montgomery, Alabama. Olympia Construction of Albertville, Alabama provided the General Contractor services.

Synergy’ Custom Services provided EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.

Chandler Trace earned the EarthCraft Multifamily certification in an effort to build sustainable and energy efficient housing. Both the 1- and 2-bedroom units scored a 53 on their HERS Index. This indicates that the utilities could be up to 47% less than the same apartment built simply to the code standards.
