Enclave at Depot Park

Enclave at Depot Park is a new 78 unit Senior Living (55+) apartment community that received its EarthCraft Multifamily certification in February 2021. It is located at 2726 S Main St in Kennesaw, Georgia. This property is a mixed use property with both commercial and residential uses. Tenants began moving into the first building in the late summer of 2020.

Construction services are provided by Royal American Construction.

Architectural Services are provided by Studio 8 Design Architects.

Enclave at Depot Park is centrally located in Kennesaw with many community services and opportunities within a short walking or driving distance. These include medical services, banking, shopping, dining, varied professional services, places of worship, and city government services.

Each apartment will offer the following amenities:

The installation of stairs serves multiple purposes on a construction site. Two of the best are: 1) safety if the property needs to be evacuated, and 2) improved access to move workers and materials into place for construction.
