Lakeview Gardens is an 80 unit new family residential community located at 2409 Bemiss Road in Valdosta, Georgia.

This property was developed and constructed by Tishco LLC of Valdosta, Georgia. Studio 8 Design Architects of Valdosta developed the plans for Lakeview Gardens.

Synergy provided EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.

In their effort to provide truly affordable housing for their residents, the development and construction team earned the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification. This certification focuses on both resource efficient, sustainable construction and energy efficient construction to provide comfortable living at an affordable price.
