The project was developed by the Braden Group of Summerville, Georgia, with Olympia Construction serving as the general contractor.

As part of the 2011 EarthCraft Multifamily Program, Lookout Pointe earned 224 points in the EarthCraft scoring system, with particular emphasis on the categories of “Energy Efficient Building” and “Indoor Air Quality.” The project also qualified for the Georgia Power Earthcents new homes program, with a HERS score of 71, indicating that the apartments will be nearly 30% more efficient than similar apartments built to minimal code standards.

Synergy's role in Lookout Pointe was limited to providing EarthCraft technical advisory, inspection, and testing services, and had no other involvement with the property.
