Maria Senior Gardens is an independent living community for seniors located in Jesup, Georgia, that offers 44 comfortable and affordable 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. The community, which is located at 91 Carmelita Drive, was built in mid-2012 and completed in the fall of 2013, earning the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification.

Maria Senior Gardens provides various community amenities, including a computer center, community rooms, a covered picnic area with a grill and gazebo, and an exercise facility. The community is located close to a wide range of shopping, dining, banking, medical services, places of worship, and other community services, providing convenience and comfort to the residents.

Olympia Properties developed the property in partnership with Olympia Construction Olympia Construction, serving as the general contractor. With the help of McKean and Associates' architecture services and a team of dedicated subcontractors, Olympia Properties created a beautiful and inviting place for seniors to call home.
