Pine Trails

Pine Trails is a new 60 unit general family community located at 100 Pine Trails Dr in Waynesboro, Georgia. Pine Trails offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts including accessible units in all three size apartments.

Architectural services were provided by McKean & Associates of Montgomery, Alabama. General Construction services were provided by Olympia Construction of Albertville, Alabama.

Synergy Custom Services provided EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.

Construction at Pine Trails was completed in October, 2016. As part of the construction requirements, Pine Trails earned the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification. A copy of the certificate is in the Photos Gallery below. If you look at that certificate, you will see that the most points were scored in, Energy Efficient Systems and High Performance Building Envelope. These indicate that the apartments were designed to assure that power bills will not be astronomical while trying to keep the apartments comfortable year-around.

Each apartment unit offers the following:

Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms

High efficiency windows
Washer and dryer hookups
