Rollingwood Place

Rollingwood Place is a new construction general family apartment community located at 500 Mendel Avenue, in Thomson, Georgia. Roillingwood Place offers 72 units in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts to help fill the need for affordable housing in the area. The layout of each unit style offers a wide range of options for living.

Rollingwood Place earned 2017 EarthCraft Multifamily certification. Construction began in the spring of 2016. EarthCraft pre-drywall inspections began in November, 2016 with final inspections being completed in September, 2017.

Rollingwood Place is located within short driving distance of amenities such as restaurants, medical service, banking services, places of worship, clothing and grocery shopping, and other community services. Amenities on site include a community center offering a fitness center, business center, kitchen, and gathering area as well as a playground and picnic area.
