Silverwood Place is a fantastic apartment community for senior adults, with 48 units located at 141 Silverwood Court in Rincon, GA. It's an excellent option for the 55+ community in this growing area of Georgia.

The building was constructed with energy efficiency in mind, which was apparent during the final inspection on Monday, March 25th, 2013. Despite low overnight temperatures in the mid to upper 30s and thermostats set to 50 degrees, temperatures in the units ranged from 67 to 71 degrees, which is impressive. If the thermal protection wasn't working, the apartments would have been much colder!

Fairway Construction Company (the General Contractor) and their sub-contractors, did an excellent job creating a beautiful, comfortable, and affordable place to live.

The apartments were developed by Potemkin-Magita and earned the EarthCraft Multifamily certification and the highest Multifamily Georgia Power Earthcents new home rebates based on their energy efficiency.

This beautiful project earned the EarthCraft Multifamily certification as well as the highest Multifamily Georgia Power Earthcents new home rebates (which are based on energy efficiency achieved)!
