Southwestern Estates is a 64 unit general family apartment community located at 900 Southwestern Circle, in Americus, Georgia. This community was designed with the whole family in mind.

During the rough-in inspections, we sample test the duct systems to assure that conditioned air will go into the apartment rather than the attic.

Sheetrock is going in. By this inspection, the buildings are getting closer to ready.
