Tindall Seniors Towers is a new construction senior (62+) gated apartment community located at 985 Plant Street in Macon, Georgia. This 76 unit apartment community provides a variety of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.

Tindall Seniors Towers earned EarthCraft Multifamily Certification for their green building and energy efficiency efforts. Their efforts serve to help make affordable housing even more affordable.

Tindall Seniors Towers is the first of four phases to redevelop the Tindall Heights property. This phase is a community developed to meet the needs of senior residents in Macon.

This community is located across from the Mercer University Macon Campus and Mercer University School of Medicine. Because of this location, Tindall Seniors Towers is only a few minutes drive from local services like dining, medical care, banking, shopping, places of worship, legal services, as well as other community and professional services.
