Towne Park Commons

Towne Park Commons is a new construction 60 unit general family affordable housing community opened in late 2019. This community offers a wide mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments in both flat and townhouse style apartments. Towne Park Commons is located at 619 Town Park Drive in Rincon, Georgia.

More About Towne Park Commons

Towne Park Commons earned the EarthCraft Multifamily certification in an effort to build sustainable and energy efficient housing. EarthCraft is a Green Building program that focuses on sustainability and energy efficiency. This program was developed in Georgia around the special climate needs this state offers. A copy of the EarthCraft certificate can be found in the photo gallery and shows that Towne Park Commons earned 114 points.

At this inspection, the base coat of asphalt is in, and most of the buildings have their exteriors completed. One team or another was at work in each of the 10 buildings by this point.

At the time of this inspections sheetrock had just been installed in a couple of buildings. The green is moisture resistant board to reduce the risk of any water damage.
