The View at Sugarloaf

The View at Sugarloaf is a 130 unit family apartment community located at 5355 Sugarloaf Parkway, in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

This property is formerly the Tanglewood Heights Apartments and has been completely renovated to a "like new" finish. This renovation took into consideration not only improving the looks of the property, but also improving the energy efficiency and passing along the cost saving to the residents.

The View at Sugarloaf offers 2- and 3-bedroom apartments that are spacious and sensibly laid out. Three separate floor plans are offered (one 2-bedroom plan and two 3-bedroom plans).
