View at Oglethorpe (Phase II)

With continued population growth in Savannah, Georgia, phase 2 of The View at Oglethorpe brings much needed family residential housing. This community is located on the site of the old Hitch Village at 220 McAlister Street in Savannah, Georgia. There are 72 residential units with a mix of spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms.

This is the second of two phases developed in this growing area.

Synergy’s role at The View at Oglethorpe was to provide EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services.

Construction began in the summer of 2017. The View at Oglethorpe (Phase II) was awarded the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification in September, 2018. The EarthCraft Multifamily certification program encourages both energy efficiency and sustainability. In addition to those emphases, comfort in an attractive and healthy environment was one of the goals of the development team.
