Wisteria Gardens

Wisteria Gardens is a new 55+ apartment community located at 100 Wisteria Gardens Circle, in Newnan, Georgia. Wisteria Place provides a total of 120 residential units. Twenty-six of the units are located in the Villas while 94 are located in the main story building which also includes many community amenities.

This property was developed by the Beverly J. Searles Foundation, an organization that focuses on enhancing the lives of senior adults. Fairway Construction Company served as the general contractor. The developer and general contractor earned the EarthCraft Multifamily certification for Wisteria Place.
